Tonight @ The Canyon Club ASIA Their debut became the biggest selling album of 1982, spending 9 weeks at Number 1 in the charts, with reportedly 1 in every 13 US households owning a copy. The pedigree of the four members and its iconic Roger Dean cover underpinned 9 classic rock songs that set the standard for numerous albums to follow. The album also gave its audience the worldwide hit HEAT OF THE MOMENT, and the follow up single, ONLY TIME WILL TELL, was another worldwide smash hit. As a measure of the album’s appeal, no less than 6 of the album’s 9 tracks were major radio hits in the United States. Today, ASIA performs with its nearly original line-up of John Wetton, Carl Palmer, Geoff Downes, and Sam Coulson.
