Tonight is Philly Cheesesteak night!!! So we get Angus stir fry beef from Hy-vee. I use the wok and cook it up with season salt and garlic powder. Once all the pink is gone, put it in the strainer. Separately, I cook up the onions and green peppers, again with some season salt and garlic powder. In a separate pan I cook up some sliced baby portobello mushrooms. (for me) Turn the oven on to 390. Put a helping on any bread you like. (I used buns for us and Udis bread for Bryan) Add a slice or 2 of Provolone cheese and put them in the oven. It only takes a few minutes. I just pull them out when the cheese is melted. TaDa!
