Tonight this guy was very disrespectful to me... For what I felt like was an uncalled reason. The old me from several years ago would have allowed it. However, Ive built enough respect for MYSELF to not allow that type of behavior. I called him out on it in a professional manner and he corrected himself and we moved on with a new understanding. This reinforces my belief that if you want others to respect you that you must first respect yourself.
