Tonight was hard. Hard days will always come. I know this. I will despise them and hurt from them the same every single time. Jacoby told me that he wished I lied to him about his father passing away. That instead of telling him he passed, I should have told him that he moved far away. 6 years old. I told him that I would and could never lie to him. I told him that a lie would have only put off our healing. I told him that if I could have lied I would have. If only a lie could actually change the truth. ❤️ Pinocchio would be jealous. Time passes. Time frees us from griefs grip. Time does not eliminate pain. Heres to those who dont merely exist through pain...but choose to love and live right through it. ❤️ Jacoby is doing well. We talked for a while, It ended with a smile. We got this. xoxox
