Tonights Best of Bacalhau Sip and Savor event was a big success. A great turnout, including many guests from the Sausalito Historical Society, and a fantastic range of bacalhau dishes. Among others, we enjoyed Bacalhau à Gomes de Sá (with layers of potato and onion, topped with hardboiled egg slices and olives), Bacalhau com Grão (chickpeas), Pastéis de Bacalhau (fritters), Brandade (a French influence!), etc.
