Tonights (late-late night) movie is The Brave One, with Jodie Foster giving some pay-the-f*ck-back after her fiancee is killed in a street mugging. With a conflicted conscience, a radio talk show, a pistol and an ample supply of unsavory targets, she cat-and-mouses with handsome homicide cop Terrance Howard, simultaneously trying to confess and raising the body count. Judge and jury, yeah its wrong, DAMN these men had it comin, vengeance is WHOSE? I loved her emotional portrayal in Contact...and this ones good, too. Shes the bad guy, and we root for her. Good cop Howard takes a bullet FROM her, FOR her.
