Tonights workout was all about #weaknesses! I want to really work my #conditioning, so I got more than I bargained for when @quodomine asked me to do sled pushes for 20 min. Q, I will NEVER do that again by myself so let me know whenever you wanna move the sled again! I also worked on bench press, ring dips, and negative deficit #handstand #pushups. I HATE that I cant do deficits yet and apparently I cant do more than a small handful without my shoulder bothering me. :( I WILL get these though!! #keeppushing #willgetbetterfasterstronger !!!
