Too excited about life and the journey of it to entertain the negativity that it has... Live.. Love... Lift...Dance.... workout in a way that you enjoy most!!! Its an exhilarating feeling and I adore capturing the hearts of so many people doing it... tonights class was fire.. at least my hairs were standing up... I love seeing all the faces in class and the sweat that everyone gets walking out.... working on new choreo this week... and hoping for a successful 4 year anniversary!!! April 16th marks our 4th year in business at TCH and I couldnt be happier watching all the transformations and lives that have been touched.. so many friendships.. so many women empowering one another ..I have nothing but love for all these women and hope to continue motivating you to making progress towards your goals...#changinglivesonedayatatime
