Too subtle or too direct? The neighbor dog had been FREQUENTLY wondering the neighborhood and pooping all over the place. Today, the 4th time Ive witnessed it in my yard, I put it in a Target bag an attached a note, with my contact information. Before placing the poop bag & note on the front door, I tried several times to knock at the door and contact said neighbor. The note offered help fixing their fence or if theres an issue with a whole, etc. I will gladly help. But I will be returning all future deposits back to the proper owner. Im guessing a bag of poop at the door should get noticed.
