Took Sweeney Alley to get our daughter to her physical therapy class next door. We were avoiding traffic by taking the locals route. There was a freight semi in the back. No problem. Thats where freight is supposed to park. We went around the building and were blocked off by this person. This borough vehicle was picking up two fairly small buckets of paint. We were forced to make a right on to the high way and then a left to get to her class, which was was a grand total of ten minutes to get next door. He should have parked on the side. Front parking is for customers.
