Took my Grandson to Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks today and the first thing we come across on the way is a guy on a three wheeler pulling a trailer with his dog on it. See everything down here. lols We park and walk up to the Sponge Boat area and start taking pictures of him with the local Christmas Tree and the Statue of the Driver and Hard Hat Helmet. we head over to the boats with sponges drying and walk through town and the gift shops. He wanted to play in the inside play area for awhile then we loaded up and I took him to the Tarpon Springs Police Department to see the Officers and the Memorial to Officer Kondek. It was a Great Day, he had a great time, learned a lot and got to see and understand how dangerous and serious a police officers job is. He wants to go back and take a site seeing trip on a boat so of course we shall.
