Took the Gregoric Style Delineator test today. It was confirmation of what I already know but not in these words - I am an abstract random, followed closely by a concrete random. In part this means I listen sincerely, recognize the emotional needs of others, have a good rapport with almost anybody, inspire others to take action, contribute unusual and creative ideas, visualize the future, think fast on my feet and take risks. What someone with this combo finds hard to do (and this also describes me to a T) is focus on one thing at a time, give exact details, work with unfriendly people, create formal reports, maintain routines, keep detailed records, and choose only one answer. Yes, yes, yes and...yes!!!!
