Took the little motorbike for a ride! Peaceful little potter up the back roads just to get sharp again. Kept hearing the voice of my old Roadcraft instructor. Funny the things which are quite automatic and those that you have to initially work at - like the routine cockpit/mirror scan, following the vanishing point and picking the line and the wind it on, wind it off points on a bend. Spose that, even after 50 odd years, at heart Im still that lad on a BSA Bantam! - I just get a kick out of riding a bike smoothly.
