Torres "scratching" Jan Vertonghen incident . No 4 match ban for Torres . Liverpoolfans nagging bout this ,comparing this to the Suarez biting incident . Liverpool’s Luis Suarez was banned for 10 games back in April, when referee Kevin Friend failed to spot his bite on Chelsea’s Branislav Ivanovic . Reason why Torres didnt got banned ? FA rule => The FA’s stance on the matter is that because a match official witnessed and reported part of the incident, not further action can be taken. Another reason why there is no need for a 4 match ban . As a big Torres fan i can tell you Torres has no nails . He bites them off shorter then short . Freacky short ! So we dont have a scratching incident . Just a little rough touch on the face thing wich happens in footbal all the time >< d;
