Tortoise Rock Casino is honored to celebrate those who serve our country, and is offering free breakfast burritos from 10 a.m. to Noon on Veterans Day, Tuesday, November 11th. Military guests are asked to present an active or veterans ID, along with a Club 29 card, for their free breakfast at Oasis Grille. Veterans Day also doubles as Treaty Day for the Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians. On November 11, 1895, President Grover Cleveland mandated through an Act of Congress for the relief of Mission Indians in the State of California, and executed a treaty to secure reservation land. The treaty defined the land for the Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians, those who own and operate Tortoise Rock Casino. Be sure to pay tribute to those who protect our freedoms and join in the celebration of our nations bravest at Tortoise Rock Casino.
