Total removal of fuel subsidy appears imminent on backing of the States...at the FEC! ...Businessday Newspaper March 14, 2014 Yes....I am back to the stable on this and I agree completely. All I ask is that the Federal Government initiate powerful sensitization campaign focusing on the masses....(whom the beneficiaries of the scam called fuel subsidy have always taken advantage of their ignorance to push to precipice against the subsidy removal).....I am very happy to volunteer for this campaign free of charge.... Be warned....the beneficiaries of fuel subsidy were the financiers of occupy naija..in 2012..the owners of over 134 private jets bought with fuel subsidy payments for phantom deliveries........the owners of private beach houses by the blue ocean coastal lines located in a remote area of Lagos where they go to party while the masses die in riots......the face behind the mask to make sure they keep milking the economy dry and making it look like everything will go haywire once the subsidy is removed! I have commenced my personal sensitization...educating and teaching some interesting young artisans and drivers on the subsidy dynamics and huge economic leakage....all to their detriment.... No to consumption subsidy!....yes to production subsidy and cash transfers....let the refineries come alive and let the Govt reallocate the subsidy to cheaper purchase of crude oil drilled within our shores for local refining!
