Totally disappointing experience!!!!! For this kind of price tag, one would be expecting at least a decent level of service, but their service was one of the worst we have ever experienced! It takes them at least an hour before your requests are attended to (and that is after multiple reminder calls mind you). Eg. Calling for a buggy to send you to the reception for dinner, requesting for extra towels and ice. It is only after you lose your cool and threaten to complain, do they send someone over within 5min. This will be the first and last time we will be to Montigo, and we DO NOT recommend our friends and family. Save your money, you can get a much nicer staycation with much lesser cost. Nuff said.
