Tough day...doctor appointment didnt go as expected. 4 months after arthroscopic knee surgery, cartilage is basically collapsed and almost bone on bone. Both hips and L5 in the spine have bone spurs causing pain. Going to try injections of Hyaluronic Acid over the next 3 weeks to try and build some cushion between the bones..Injection in the hip to control the pain in the worst hip. No exercise...period. Putting this in Gods hands. Praying for relief and improvement...Trying to be strong about this but tears are flowing~
