Personal Qualifications: Fluent English Adaptability Good interpersonal relationship Job Summary: The Trading/ Operations Support Manager is a key member of the operations and accounting/finance teams supporting trade processes, data management, client reporting and portfolio management functions. This person will work closely with the CEO manager and the business units. This position requires strong managerial skills, attention to detail, positive professional attitude, and ability to work in a team environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Trading/ Operations Support Manager can expect to focus their work in the following areas: • Trade order creation and execution. • Post trade processing and resolving trade settlement issues in a timely manner. • Research and process corporate actions (i.e. tender offers). • Support Investment research & assessment. • Identify workflow/system improvements and work with supervisor and operations team to enact change. • Prepare monthly closing statement for World Bridges. • Revise and check closing statement for Romania and Singapore. • Generate financial reports and Profit & Loss with GSSG Egypt concerning World Bridges Egypt and Zait for Petroleum Egypt. • Prepare a financial business plan for new opportunities. • Follow up on sales in Romania. Run a case study on each new sales opportunity. • Follow up on all imports of seafood: finance, contract, sales and collection. • Follow up on payments and account receivables. • Follow up on company financial status and treasury.
