Tragic News Bulletin from WAMW: An Amish Teenager is dead following a car-buggy crash last night in Daviess County. According to the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department, 17 year old Tristian Wagler of Montgomery was driving southbound on 900 East in the area of Graber Post Buildings just after 10pm when he failed to see the lighted cart occupied by four young females. When Tristian Wagler saw the cart, he swerved left but struck the rear corner of the cart ejecting all four of the occupants. One of the occupants of the cart, 17 year-old Amy Wagler of Montgomery was transported to Daviess Community Hospital and later airlifted to St Mary’s in Evansville where she died as a result of her injuries. No other injuries were reported. The investigation is continuing.
