Train Smart - You dont always have to train to failure or exhaustion. Remember -- stimulate, dont annihilate. Sub-maximal training can help reinforce form and technique and builds a foundation for strength. Even when building muscle, you neednt always reach muscular failure. Learn the difference between wussing out and training sensibly. And the difference between between pushing it and forcing out poor reps.
