Trainer RM 3,000 - RM 3,500 Location: KL Central -Plan and conduct training sessions covering a variety of topics focusing on telephone selling skills, sales best practices: pitching, overcoming objections, closing, business-to-business solutions selling and telephone etiquette -To conduct the Induction programme for all new employees. -Provide assistance to the team to achieve sales goals and overcome objections through role playing and one-on-one coaching sessions -Formulate and report against training programs, determining instructional methods in areas such as individual training and coaching, group instruction and role plays -Work with the Inside Sales (IS) Managers to develop performance evaluations and complete regular assessments of employees in order to identify coaching opportunities to lift performance -Monitor all ongoing training certifications for the team as well as web trainings and ensure timely follow up of required courses -Give input to the IS Managers to develop effective incentive and motivational programs -Create and maintain the necessary training materials -Work closely with marketing to get the proper sales and marketing tools -Demonstrate ability to work a flexible schedule depending on training needs -Ability to compile, analyze, report, and react to data captured.
