Training Administrator Assistant Responsibilities: • Minimum of HND in Business Administration or other relevant discipline • No less than 3 years post-graduation experience in the Oil and Industry Requirements: • Administer services for internal (vendor and own resources) along with external courses taking place within the Majnoon site. • Arrange transport, accommodation and perform other necessary administrative duties for external vendors/consultants delivering training on behalf of MTC. • Implement and maintain course scheduling systems and training room bookings for all Majnoon site training activities. • Assist as a communication link between the learning center and training suppliers, internal and external customers. • Access with the management of the Majnoon Training Center services; i.e. administration, equipment, visitors. • Assist with the management of the Majnoon Training Center office services and ensure availability of training materials at all times. • Update and retain all training records and maintain learning the learning centers data filing systems. • Produce training reports and statistics as required. • Maintain high standards of quality and safety • Record, update and analyze training activities for all staff categories in the division.
