Training Course ‘’Laboratory of Involvement’’ Tsaghkadzor, Armenia 16.02.2014-23.02.2014 The training course was held in Armenian town Tsaghkadzor, (which is very famous for its ski resorts) in February, from 16th till 23rd. Participants from 8 different countries(Georgia, Armenia, Portugal, Ukraine, Poland, Estonia, Italy, Moldova) arrived during the Sunday the 16th. During the evening, after nice Armenian welcoming dinner, participants played common games for getting know each other. On the second day morning, participants played different name-games, and learned a bit more about each other, on the second session of the day, trainers from Estonia gave an introduction of the whole training course. Participants drew and wrote their expectations and possible disappointments on the poster. s. During the 3rd session, team-building activities brought it on, some of them were easy, some of those were really hard(Working on strategies and so on). At the last session of the day trainers and participants discussed different stories and made small sketches about different types of learning and mostly concentrated on non-formal learning. In the evening, at NGO-Fair, each country presented their NGO-s and tried to find possible partners from different countries for the future collaboration. On the third and fourth day of the training, the main topic the group worked on was The Leader (The Super Leader) and youth leader role. The group wrote down the words(adjectives, nouns) by each letter, they thought super leader should match. The participants had a long conversation about what does it take to be a leader, and also had some strong and emotional debates about problematic issues in modern world. After debates, motivational speeches were shown. On the fourth day, group learned a lot more about different kinds of leaders and divided 4 groups made small 3-4 minutes sketches about different leaders. At the end of the 3rd day, during the intercultural evening, countries presented shortly their history, culture, food, drinks and so on. On February 20th, 5th day of training, participants only had early morning session about Erasmus+ and youth pass, they actually learned filling the youthpasses and the chances they have in Erasmus+ project. After the session, group went sight-seeing to the ski resort. After discovering local region, ski resort and cultural heritage of Tsaghkadzor, participants enjoyed traditional Armenian dinner in the restaurant nearby from the hotel. On sixth day of training, the topic was about preparation of the leaders. The given task was about to write down project about the subject that you can see as implemented project in the future. 4-5 people were working hard together to make projects as good as possible. After the project presentation, trainers gave participants feedback. The last 2 sessions of 6th day and the 2 first sessions of the last day were spent on the very last task trainers gave to the group. After discussing different methods which are used during the workshops and sessions, trainers divided group in 4 parts to make their own sessions. Till the late night, all the groups were trying to plan sessions as perfectly as it was possible in such short time. Surprisingly, all the groups made very interesting and professional sessions at last day. And they also god feedback from the professional trainers. After all, evaluation of the project was done by the whole group. Participants drew their general feelings, things they learned from the project and ranked different parts of TC by points 1-10. At the late evening farewell party was on. The head of the hosting organization visited and met the group and even had short discussion of the impressions.
