Stand with the feet shoulder-width apart and, holding cable or resistance band, take the right arm straight up overhead, leaving the left arm hanging down or on your waist like the video. Bend the knees and lower into a squat, keeping the abs engaged and the knees behind the toes. When you Lower down until the thighs are parallel to the floor, your right arm comes down (palms facing forward) till the band or cable is close to your shoulders. When you come back up, your right arm presses up. The same goes for the left side. {15 reps each arm, 4 sets}
