Training Thursday : moves that will spice your workout. These 4 exercises were part of my lower body training. 1. Box squats - box purpose is to act as a target for you to reach a lower position. Targets the gluteus. 2. Kettle bell swing + Burpee - this move is a creative one. Will definitely ⬆️ the rate targets lower body and upper body. Use it as a cardiovascular interval . 3. Box jump - continuos jumping is a plyometric move develops power and strength. Use a low box since I coupled with loaded squats. 4. Cartwheels and handstand walks- again gymnastics moves I coupled with a loaded moves. Develops full body strength and ⬆️ the rate as well. Full body movements are the focus for my own fitness .
