Training Tip Tuesday! Make sure youre fueling up with useful food along the route; dash & crash snacks arent doing you any favors. If you can, stick to slow-burning carbs like fruits & whole grains to keep your energy supply balanced. Crew, this applies to you as well. You have really long, hard work days in front of you, and youll need periodic snack breaks. Depending on which crew youre on, good snacks might be hard to find. You may want to toss something in your pack.
