Transport Day in Poland, in less than two weeks, has an impressive programme. Co-organised by GIZ, it is a high level parallel event to COP19 and addresses the challenges of transport in the context of the global climate change policy. The draft Warsaw Statement on Low-Carbon Transport and Sustainable Development is open for inputs, and will be finalised and presented to UNFCCC Executive Secretary on November 18th.
