Trial Update! On 12-16-14 I was arrested for aggregated criminal tresspassing.For going to the public library,With no prior offence for the cause.Now the alleged complainant,who the original report spawned from.Stated by Officer Lynn Waller,She never came to any of the court appearances well knowing of the case.She willfully chose not to participate in the claims,in which were stated about me.According to Officer Lynn Walker,as well Neither did officer Waller attend any of the four court dates either.After the third failure to appear I humbly asked the Judge.For a dismal of the case,in which he refused.And he persisted towards pursuing the matter and preceded by calling for a trial on 1-13-15.Which was reset for 2-17-15 due to none of the alleged witnesses appearing in court.After being held 26 days on charges.Without any legitimate evidence of conviction.For example I was never issued,any police report.A citation or a no contact order ect.With a valid signature of the Young Lady whom the officers claim filed an complaint against me.Also after being held in custody for a few days.I was charged with the abuse of the 911 system.For calling an making a report on the Officer who advised me not to return back to the library! Seening that this officer has a history of boasting of killing in the line of duty.Unfortunately young African American males,I felt it would be wise to document the events of 12-16-14.His reputation precedes its self,and besides my house phone had been.Blocked preventing me from calling 911,So I used a neighbors cell phone.And I was told that a superior Office would be sent over.Brent Davis who would later arrive at my residents.I wont sware under oath,though I do recall telling the dispatcher.That I would go home and dial 911 once more to check an see if I would be able to get through this time.And I proceeded in doing so,three officers would arrive and only issue verbal warnings.On why I should not return to the Mclver Grant public library here in Dyersburg Tennessee! As I arrived the next day on 12-16-14 I would be apprehended.And deemed to be aggressive according to the police report that was finally issued to me on 1-13-15.I displayed no such behaviour,I was arrest without incident.Where I would be transported to the Dyer county Jail for processing.Now Im currently out on a O.R. bond under the conditions the I would not return to the Mclver Public Library in Dyersburg Tennessee.I replied I choose not to return to any place where Im not accepted.As the Judge put emphasis on the terms of my release.I Kindly repeated myself insinuating,that if I did decide to return to the Library.I would be fully aware of the consequential possibilities! According to my sound choice to do so.I Would not resist arrest nor death,but go away peaceably.I have not returned since my prior arrest.®
