Tropical Storm “#EmongPH” has maintained its strength and continues to move in a northward direction. Location of eye/center: At 10:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm “#EmongPH” was estimated based on all available data at 400 km East of Basco, Batanes (21.3°N, 126.2°E). Tropical Storm“#EmongPH” is not expected to make landfall to any part of the country. However, it will continue to enhance the Southwest Monsoon which will bring moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms over the western sections of Luzon and Visayas and light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms over the rest of the country.
