Trust 101: Intuition-if something feels wrong it likely is. Follow your gut. Honesty comes from being truthful with yourself. If you are uncomfortable making your partner uncomfortable and withhold information or dont ask questions because youre afraid of rocking the boat so to speak...thats not being honest at all and you disrespect yourself by living a lie; Trust is built through vulnerabilities. People deceive or hide truths because they want to be perceived a certain way (the Good Guy/Good Girl) due to their own lack of self-esteem. This is dangerous and essentially detrimental to all parties involved mentally, emotionally, and sometimes physically. If one cant be forward with you, express concern, ask questions, or tell about their discomforts, insecurities, as well as their love, then the relationship is one big illusion. Being real with yourself allows you to be real with others, its easy to believe lies/trickery because most of us dont want to accept the truth about ourselves or others.
