Trust: something everyone one talks about. But so few know anything about. We give our trust to those we know nothing about at times. Holding on to the thoughts that its not misguided. All the while knowing it may not be such a wise thing. Ive given my fair share. But its human nature to want to trust and believe in others. Be vigilant with your trust. Or youll end up like me. Never knowing whom you can trust. Its not the most comforting way to feel. But after many years Ive learned that Im a survivor. Im free now. Free from the burden of relationships and misguided trust. Its not a place I enjoy being. But it is a place none the less. A place where Ive come to see just how untrusting some can be. And that my friends is where I am. But its not all bad. Their are some Id trust with my life. And most know who they are.
