Truth- I dont tolerate horrible service very well. Yesterday, almost walked out of an ATT registered dealer store for their lack of knowledge on ATT products. Lesson: stick with corporate stores. Today, hung up on a hotel agent who told me my friends wedding room block was full. The bride was told earlier today that she would be responsible for the charges of the extra rooms in her block if the didnt fill. She only needed 5 or 6 and got 10. Lesson: call the bride, even though you knew it would piss her off. A pissed off bride gets things done!
