Truth: (It’s long, but I would appreciate the read) One year - TopicsExpress

Truth: (It’s long, but I would appreciate the read) One year ago, I was sitting in my house in a depression. A few years past, I owned a small gym and was blessed to be a part of many people’s lives. I watched as they grew stronger, more confident, and changed their lives. Then, it seemed that it was abruptly taken away. It was that abruptness that shocked me and knocked me off the path. While I was breathing…I wasn’t living. I watched as the days of my life flew by and the greatest accomplishment of the day was that I binged watched a series on Netflix. Sometimes we must be broke and shattered to fix what was fragmented. In the act of being broken, it allows us to reevaluate our path, our soul, our song. I told my wife that I just needed a space to get back to where I was…notice the word back not forward, not new…but an old song for an old life. I was introduced through a friend to Mike Geery. Some have heard this story, but I write this today with a new clarity. When I was getting this space going, I thought it was to create another business…to repeat what I had…so I struggled with a logo, I placed pressures on myself, and I filled my soul with expectations meanwhile missing the point entirely. I do not want another business. In the interim, I have become a stay-at-home dad, I start home-schooling my daughter this year, I take care of an ailing animal, and I maintain our home. My song has changed. So, what is it that I do want and frankly why does this matter to you at all…? I asked Mike for a space; so that I could play a part in a person’s success. I asked Mike for a space; so I could be around wonderful people. I asked Mike for a space; so I could give back and to forge new friendships and community. So…here’s the deal Hours: We train at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We offer free classes on Saturday at 9:30. It involves obstacles, kettlebells, med balls, pull-ups, etc…you get the drift…cross-training classes at its best. Pricing: I need to support the space I am in, but frankly I am doing this for the above reasons so here you go . We are going to leave it to a donation. Our suggested minimum is $100 a month (Cash preferred or Check), but let your situation and integrity guide you. Come train with us…join our community, learn things, and have fun. ~Blessings~ T Contact information: (719) 491-2225, Toby Neal
