Try these with Tabatas. This is how it works: You do 8 sets, 20 seconds each. You get a ten seconds break after each set. You try to do as many repetitions per set as you can. At the end of the last set you count the LOWEST number that you could do over all sets. For example, you did 12 repetitions in each set, except one in which you did 10. You count 10 for the day. Have fun! If you are hungry for more, add two more exercises and give yourself a two minutes break. I suggest Flutter Kicks and Beach Scissors.
