Trying out a new leg combo. Thanks for the idea @slimrunner13! Love it! Will add weights next time. This is a great #exercise to improve #stability and #strength in each leg, as well as #core strength. Single leg exercises are important to help develop equal strength on both sides of your body and decrease risk for muscular imbalances and injuries. When doing this exercise, make sure to keep your chest up and back straight.
