Trying to decide how I feel about this b/c (a) if it was a free market (i.e. no minimum wage) these people would probably make even less - so does that mean that fast food restaurants would cease to exist or be forced to pony up the wage necessary for someone to earn a living? or (b) since minimum wage isnt going anywhere, I feel like a portion of the burden needs to be shifted to companies that only employ minimum wage workers since they use the majority of the aid funded by taxpayers. Thoughts?
