Trying to do the end of the year picture thing on here was too much like a job for me so Im going to make a status as long as an outro track on a hip hop album. In 2014 my mom became a home owner. My brother Martel graduated with his Masters in finance. My brother Xavier found a job in his field after graduating in December and began pursuing his graduate degree. My brother Brandll got a better job and moved into his own apartment. Ive seen some of my friends give birth to some beautiful babies and get married. Ive also seen my friends progress in their education and career. I was able to witness Martel propose to my future sister in law during our birthday weekend and got named the best man. I obtained my certificate from Northwestern University in advertising for creatives. I saw Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, Common, Twista, Lupe Fiasco, Schoolboy Q, Earl Sweatshirt, FKA Twigs, Run The Jewels, Ab Soul, Big K.R.I.T, Blake Shelton, The Internet, SZA, and Jhene Aiko live this year. Went to Pitchfork. Went to Ahhh Fest. Went to Wine Riot. Went to the Naperville wine fest. Went on a Michigan wine day trip. Went on a wine tasting cruise. Took a trip to Puerto Rico. Did snorkeling, horseback riding, yoga in the park, paint classes, and a merengue dance class. Tried new restaurants. Tried new activities. Won some things. Hung out with more people. Gave more. Loved more. worked on my relationship with God. Moved into a new apartment. Made more money than last year. Rescued a cat from a burning building on the moon while putting the finishing touches on a cure for cancer. Okay the last part isnt true but its been a good 2014. Looking forward to 2015.
