Trying to lose weight can be frustrating. You work and work at it with, what feels like sometimes, little results. In truth, with weight loss, you must be patient. I know that the TV boasts of different quick plans, but its setting you up. Many people don’t realize that those testimonials are NOT the norm & are often done under strict watch so amazing stories can be compiled and told. When you are doing it on your own, be patient. You have to be. Take it a day at a time...eat well, work out, drink enough water, get enough sleep, & control your stress. Stay off the scale...weighing weekly at the most. You have to trust the process. If you truly are doing all of these things and are still struggling, its time to look at other culprits including adrenal fatigue, leaky gut, food sensitivities, & hormone imbalance. Any and all of these can cause your body to resist weight loss. Your patience may be tried but the journey will be so worth it in the end.
