Tuesday, August 12, 2014 marks the beginning of a new school year. We are excited to see returning students and welcome new students. Students should ride the bus to school in order to minimize chaos at dismissal. Those students who will be car riders, bike riders, or walkers may not arrive prior to 8:05 AM. For the safety off all students and faculty, drop off and pick up must occur in the circle accessed from Alfred St. only. Scott PD asks that we inform everyone that the law regarding use of cell phones in school zones has changed. It is now illegal in Louisiana to use cell phones in a school zone (even hands-free). Dismissal of bus riders begins at 3:50 PM. Other students will be dismissed shortly after the first load of buses leaves campus.
