Tuesday May 13 is the feast day of Our Lady of Fatima who appeared to three Portuguese children between May 13 and October 13, 1917 with an urgent call to conversion, penance, and prayer. On October 13 1917, The Miracle of the Sun was witnessed by 70,000 or so people who were gathered near Fátima, Portugal. Even secular newspaper reporters reported on their experiences there.
