Tuesday Thought of the Day: Ive said several times before, but I love the philosophy of stop bashing what you dont like and promote what you love.. Our energy should be spent promoting our beliefs, passions, and those things that help us and others along the way, rather than constantly down-grading or negatively speaking about those things we hate or may have done us wrong. Yes, there are times we need to stand up for certain aspects and bring them to light when it may help others or the world, but picking our battles on this is very important. We cant let negative thoughts and talk lift their ugly heads too often. When bashing overrides promoting, then I believe things become out of balance with our mind, heart, soul and energy. Promoting should strongly dominate. NOTE: I also believe promoting what we like by downgrading what we dont like simultaneously is not the way to go either. #tuesdaythoughtoftheday #justwhatsonmymind
