Tuesday morning at 7:20am, I received a startling phone call that my dear, dear friend had passed away in her sleep. Fairry Gibbs exited this earth suddenly and without warning. She was vibrant and energetic, living a full life in a fast lane. Fairry was an educator, an innovator, and the ultimate encourager. In every dark and hard situation, she could find the tiniest pinhole of light. But then Fairry was a women of great faith in her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Thus she was a fierce beacon of light in this world. She was my mentor, my confidante, my encourager, and often my lifeline when darkness descended. "My darling friend", I miss you greatly.
