Tuesdays workouts: 1. Core Performance class while my littlest one was at preschool. (Preschool = 2.5hrs of get everything done quick!) 2. Lunch hour track intervals at the Dome with some of our kiddos (they play on the turf while we run circles around them.) 6×4min starting at 15K pace, finishing at 8K pace + warmup & cooldown. Todays trick of the trade: Schedule workouts that are the most beneficial and then MAKE THEM HAPPEN! I packed a bag with two sets of workout clothes, lunches for Sophie and me, and toys for her to play with at the Dome. Because I had everything ready to go, there was no hassle, and no excuses! And now I feel great and totally accomplished! Bonus trick: Be willing to work & run errands between workouts in mildly sweaty workout clothes. Eeewwww :-P (Full disclosure - That skillet cookie might have happened after church tonigh...totally worth it ;-))
