Turned away at the prison gates by the guard, so Im across the street filming as much as I possibly can. Folks at city hall said there was a shakedown at the prison earlier, and backup from other facilities were called. Another concern raised at city hall is that many of the guards are women. This is a medium capacity prison holding maximum capacity of inmates, with a minimum amount of employees. #wdaminvestigation
