Turning off fb for a few its a very hard time coming up... Need to clear my mind and heart! This is not for sympathy but for all my kids... No matter how bad you think life is.. It isnt! Suicide does not end the pain it transfers it to someone else. My family has literally been destroyed by this... My ex boyfriend of 12 years threw us out literally on the front lawn after she died because I was too depressed ! My son has trust issues he lost his sister, his dad and his grandmother in a matter of years.. My daughter copes only by sitting graveside to talk to her sister... Recently a family fight broke out and I learned who was behind me and who was really taking about me all along. Guilt and hurt are hard enough but I realized no matter what people will always have something to say. Its been rough to say the least! Thats just a crumb of what weve gone through and my faith is the only thing that gives me hope and believe me there are days I feel hopeless... All I can say is there are options, there are people who love you... Never ever give up... I was reminded of that again last night.... You are not a quitter! No but I still struggle and it still hard to get out of bed but I have my other kids and Im not sure they can take one more blow like that so for them I will continue but know that in your darkest hour I AM HERE... I dont claim to be perfect but I will still hold your hand.... Luv u..... Remember to always luv yourself first! Never accept any less you are all worth so much more! You guys have been my motivation to keep moving forward! Anyone else please text me because at the end of the day fb will be out of commission for a few days! Thank you! #irefusetosink
