Twas a wonderful weekend! Had friends over at the my home (both people from my childhood-we were all neighbors growing up together here!),. Went out to Hopmonk for appetizers and dinner Friday night-it was hoppin! So, so Yummy as this restaurant is one of my favorites and the food is so Fresh!.......Then off to the beach Saturday! It was decent weather - no sunshine, although not cold or windy :-) .....My son came to visit arriving by 3am Sunday morning. He went to church with his Grandmother :-) and she sang a duet with her sister (old-time gospel song) ....... Last night he threw his good friend Josh a bachelor party in the back property camping! Jacob is the best man! BBQ, fire, bails of hay to sit on, etc! I didnt have to do anything and they thought of everything and had it ready for their camp out!!! - Wow how time flies and they just grow up so fast! Pretty self-sufficient those young men are Id say and enjoyed the energy they all brought with them all!!! Today, the party was off to go crabbing at Bodega, what a life huh?! Lol!!!. Its so fun to watch the young now a days and I am so appreciative I have a son that participates in my life with visits and communication (at his age) most of the time! We connect at least once a week..... Its pretty awesome as I only have the 1 child!!.......When I have visitors that stay over (or just visiting) at my home, it seems to always leave me feeling very happy,content and OH-SO-Very-Thankful to have these people in my life!! My friends on Friday/Saturday - Well, this is interesting: weve all been friends for Over 40 to 50 Years! Thats a blessing we are all still alive and well and able to hang out together at this time in our lives!!!! I hope everyone else also had a nice/wonderful weekend!!! ....I chose family, friends and happiness. Such fun and lasting memories!!! I Still need a phone that will allow me to take pictures to post!!! Someday soon - Lol.....until then, its all about the written message.
