Twenty five years ago I purchased the Book of Macrobotics by Micho Kushi. I read the book purely on its philosophy and cultural organic foods, preparation of foods and lifestyle. I shared the book to my Sacred Soul and within three days our pantry was removed from all processed foods into wholesome organic products. I have to love the tenacity of my Sacred Soul, she became my nurturing dietican, maintaining an organic food diet based on electrolyte live foods and treated her body as a temple. Back in those early days it was difficult to find organic biodymanics products and we travelled far to purchase no toxic foods, yet fresh fruit and organic veggies where always in abundance and Wild Rice was always our favorite place to eat. Moving on 25yrs later and to my Sacred Soul endeavour she has never had an illness and maintained a healthy lifestyle with fitness and food education. To the point where she visits her long term girlfriends who are struggling with inflammation, menopause, arthritis and list of other illnesses, look tired and worn out from processed foods and lifestyle choices. She never judges them yet always suggests to look into diet for change. I prefer to call it diet for the mind. In 25yrs there are many people now, educated in research with long life foods, advocates for organic living, super foods they call them now, juicing and raw diets. I love my Sacred Soul, she has maintained a principle to healthy living, has remained free from illness and feels and looks young and fit like she was twenty.
