Twenty five years ago today I was in a labor and delivery room in Europe waiting on the arrival of the most precious first born child, grandchild, and great grandchild, to be born and we were at a military hospital, Wurzburg Germany. It was cold and rainy outside. Took thirty plus hours to talk him into entering this world and he was a strong baby! There he was, 9 and a half pounds, 23 inches long, with royal blue eyes, and blonde curly hair, very beautiful baby! People used to come up to him and say, he is so darn cute, cuter than the gerber baby :-) His daddy and mama were so proud of him and nothing has changed today, we are still incredibly proud of him today!
