Twenty years ago today, I left the comfort of the house I grew up in and traded it for three months of abuse in Parris Island, South Carolina. At first, I thought I had made a big mistake, but if I hadnt decided to go, I would have never met the love of my life, Maribel Kile and my wonderful daughter, Janet Martinez, and my handsome son Brandon Kile, who got his good looks from me. Thank you all for coming into my life, I love you all. Also, thanks to Steve Bradberry and Marisela Bradberry for introducing us. Love yall too.
